Staple Hill Osteopathy
“Osteopathy treats the cause, not the symptoms.” A.T Still (founder of osteopathy)
I’m Julia Currington, a fully qualified osteopath with a master’s degree from the University College of Osteopathy, London with over 18 years experience working in the healthcare and well-being sectors. I’m deeply committed to health and wellness, and passionate about supporting you towards a healthy life, free from the constraints of pain or physical limitations. I take pride in going above and beyond to assist you on your road to recovery, combining a structural and holistic approach for a tailored treatment plan.

“I was attracted to becoming an osteopath many moons ago when I went to see a cranial specialist through recommendation. At the time I was a practising massage therapist/reflexologist and I was in awe that this gentle treatment resolved my on-going shoulder issue in such a small amount of time. Fast forward to the present and I am a dedicated, unhurried healer osteopath with a toolbox of methods to help you feel well. As a working mother of two little ones I have a sense of humour in trying to carve out time for me! But when there is spare time I love being outdoors in nature, baking sourdough bread, cooking nourishing food, meditation, yoga, painting and creative writing.”
